All of our groups are open to members of the broader community and are designed to foster connection, creativity, and joy through music-making. These are not closed or therapy groups; rather, they are inclusive, accessible experiences intended to support engagement, expression, and shared musical experiences for participants of all ages and abilities.

Early Childhood Music Groups - TOTS & TUNES! (Ages 0-5)
Tots & Tunes is a playful, engaging music group for young children and their grownups, designed to support connection, movement, and early musical experiences through shared music-making. Together, caregivers and children will sing, move, play instruments, and explore music in a welcoming, community-centered environment.
This group emphasizes joy, bonding, and participation while gently supporting early developmental skills such as communication, motor coordination, social engagement, and routine-building. No prior musical experience is needed—just a willingness to participate and have fun together.
Current Schedule:
• Thursdays, 4:30–5:15 PM
• Saturdays, 10:00-10:45 AM
Interest-Based Offering:
• We are also gathering interest for an additional session on Tuesdays, 8:30–9:15 AM.
This group will be held at our downtown Ithaca location- 312 4th St, Ithaca, NY 14850 (we are a small building on Allstone and Tile's lot).

Summer Groups
🎵 Songwriting Camp
Our Songwriting Camp is an immersive, creative experience for youth who are interested in writing original music, collaborating with peers, and exploring their musical voice. Participants will engage in lyric writing, melody creation, group songwriting, recording and producing, with opportunities to share their work in a supportive environment guided by board certified music therapists and supported by music therapy interns.
Cost: $375

🎶 Social Skills Music Groups
We are excited to offer Social Skills Music Groups this summer. These groups use engaging, collaborative musical experiences to support the development of social skills such as turn-taking, communication, emotional expression, cooperation, and peer interaction.
Groups will run 1x per week throughout the summer:

Social Skills Days / Times:
SECTION A: Wednesdays, 1:00-2:00
SECTION B: Fridays, 1:00-2:00
These groups are open to individuals of all abilities and all forms of communication and are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and fun. Please contact us to determine which section will be a good fit for your child’s age range and support needs.
Cost: $200 for 6 weeks, $35 for single weeks
🎸 NeuroROCKS! Jam
Join us for a NeuroROCKS! Jam Session —a high-energy, inclusive group designed for individuals who love rock band–style music-making. Participants will sing, play instruments, collaborate with peers, and experience the joy of making music together in a band setting.
NeuroROCKS! emphasizes creativity, connection, confidence-building, and community through music. Open to individuals of varying abilities, musical experience levels, and communication styles. Please contact us to ensure that this group will be a good fit for age range and support needs.

🎸 GIRLS ROCK!
Join us for a GirlsROCK! A band experience where female/femme-identifying youth can collaborate, write songs, and perform together. No music experience necessary!
